Looks like there's backup already at Norbeck. Hopefully it's just because it's the end of the road at this time. The State has said if there is backups, fees will go up to reduce the cars on the ICC (but wouldn't reducing usage too much defeat the whole point of the ICC?)

Question: The Norbeck exit and the Georgia Avenue exit are different? Where exactly on Georgia is the Georgia exit?

The Georgia avenue exit is a regular exit. The Norbeck exit is both the on and off ramp. Plus Norbeck is a straight shot to 95.

It baxks up due to poor light timing and a bad design for and intersection. I know it's temporary, but it's still bad.

The Georgia cloverleaf is just north of Norbeck. You can see it on Google maps satellite view.

It will defeat the BS argument from the anti-Growth groups stating that the ICC would have more traffic backups than the Beltway.......
