It sounds like Felony Murder anyway you cut it if they catch those two. I don't know how it works in Montgomery County, but my guess is that this case is now the #1 priority for both police and the State's Attorney. They will want to make an example of people committing a henious, high profile crime in a ritzy area.

they put a huge reward on it, so you're probably right. I really do hope the DA pushes for at least life w/o parole, if they get death then all the better. Just hope Martin The Apologist O'Malley doesn't end up commuting their sentence if they do get capital punishment.

You know I've heard people saying the same thing you are saying and I would argue, how many times have you heard of a woman saying that she was raped but she really wasn't. I'm not trying to say that this is what's happening here, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out she had something to do with it.

Turns out that you were right. The co-worker was responsible for the murder.

I'm telling you we live in a day and time where people have little to no morals. It's really hard to take people story on face value. If the evidence says otherwise, you almost have no choice but to be suspicious. It's so sad someone had to lose their life like this. I wonder what the motive was.

The people who made the comments over at WTOP must feel like morons. This case is an example of how naive people are.
