Hi everyone, could you share some feedback on these apartments and the area. We looked at it, thought it was pretty nice considering that utilities are incl in the rental price. But i read theres a roach and mice problem? Anyone heard of that? We would be living on 5th floor if we do rent there, what do you think?

Lived there for one year. Loved it! I never saw roaches or mice.

I'm sorry but sometimes the situations in buildings can change - e.g., a building had an issue some years ago but cleaned it up or vice versa. If I were in your shoes I would call the rental agent and discuss your concerns with them about what you've "heard through the grapevine" -- if you don't hear more feedback here or aren't close enough to go over and ask a few people walking in or out what they have experienced. Good luck.

So just to follow up on this, i looked at two apartments in the same building, i think it was 257, or 157. One on the first floor, second one on the 5th fl. The hallway on both floors had a horrible smell, i asked if hallways have ventilation cause they smell like a dead person was left there, she said, u know thats an interesting question but i dont know. Inside apts looked normal, although the one on 1st floor had that smell, it had a balcony that faced garbage containers, but they were further away. The 5th floor one i liked better although it didnt have balcony, maybe because it didnt smell. But i did see a cockroach, haha. She started to get nervous saying she needs to go back. If they didnt have sanitary problems i would take it just because of the location, but alas. Thats not something i can compromise on. So apt hunt continues...king farm residences are next.
