I never really thought 50 was all that bad, relatively speaking.

I agree with all of these and need to add that Route 5 going into Southern Maryland towards Waldorf and Rte 210. Rte 5 is bad on weekends for no reason too.

The problem was they added all of those neighborhoods and shopping centers in Brandywine on top of all the people that live and travel to Charles County without expanding the roads. They should have expanded the road or built an expressway through there. Now it's just a mess. Whenever I go through there I just turn off on Accokeek Road and take McKendree Road to Waldorf. It's almost impossible to go through that part of Route 5 without it getting backed up.
