I am wondering what commute times are from Silver Spring --> Greenbelt or College Park --> Greenbelt? Also, any recommended safe, clean apartment complexes in any of these three areas for a single professional female? Price range $1000-1200/mo?

College Park to Greenbelt, depending on which parts, could be 5 minutes, could be 15-20 minutes. Depends on where and how the traffic lights are that day.
Silver Spring to Greenbelt, probably 25-30 minutes.
Why not look in Greenbelt for an apartment? Westchester Park is pretty nice. Stay away from Springhill Lake.

I am a new investor with interest in wholesale buying single or two-family properties. Will be traveling to Greenbelt on Sat. 7/31 to look around. Can you recommend safe middle-income area to evaluate for fsbo properties? If there are any Greenbelt real estate attorney in the area please send referral to: realestateinvestor10@gmail.com; If you are a seasoned r/e investor who could help show me the ropes in Greenbelt while I am there, please also contact me. Are you a member of the DMV REIA Club? I want to meet you too.
