Best route from the intersection of I-70 & I-695 to Morgan State during the afternoon rush?

Go south via I-695 and up on I-95 to this college? Go north via I-695 and down on I-83 to this college?

Thanks

Neither. If it were me, I would take 695 north to Liberty Road (rt 26), take Liberty east to Northern Parkway. Turn left on Northern across the city, then go right (south) on Perring Parkway (rt 41). There are variations, but I would avoid the Beltway.

I-695 is so bad 2 local buses can be faster!!!! Those are 44 or 57 at security square mall to rogers ave metro then use 33 which is direct to morgan state. That is how slow 695 can be!!! You know a highway is a failure when even a local bus moves faster.

I used to work in the Security Square area, and the people who drove from the eastern side of the city all took the Northern Parkway route.

The OP might repost the question on the Baltimore forum to get more local opinions.
