You can look in washingtonpost.com - nation, world, technology and Washington area news and headlines for condos, apartments or homes for rent.

Houses are typically small in the price range for the average joe. If you have dual income, you can get some very nice places to live.

I am going to be moving to Bethesda, I like everything that I have read thus far. The school system is great, convienence, lots to do, etc. I think the prices are pretty reasonable considering I'm coming from NY, and the amenities are to die for.

It is also close to DC. So if Bethesda is where you want to go, then you should go there. I'll be there as well!
