Hello:

I have to drive someone from Greenbelt to BWI and make my way back to Silver Spring. I will be leaving at 2:00 p.m. I would imagine that I will need to drop him off at the terminal, though I have never been there. So could you tell me the best route to take and what to look for when I get to BWI? We will be leaving from Cherrywood Lane, near the Beltway. Also, what is the best return route to Silver Spring, exiting the Beltway at Georgia? Thank you for your assistance.

I would take the BW Parkway to 195 to BWI. Dropping off at the terminal is pretty easy at BWI. The return trip to Silver Spring, I would suggest 195 to 95 south to 495. I'm not sure which exit is best. That would depend on where in Silver Spring. If downtown, then perhaps it would be better to take 29 Colesville rd exit to get there, but that depends.

This is what I did. It's almost self-guiding.
