Hi all; I am a 48 years old male Professional moving to G'burg in late February.
I would like to get a feel of places to live. I've heard Bethesda is real nice
my budget for housing is $ 1,500.00; primarily looking for two bedrooms condo/house/apt. I don't mind commute a bit
I'm not a party goer every week but I enjoy dinning and social drink.
any information in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
please feel free to include anything you deem relevant from gas prices to movies tickets, to groceries; everything is important as I establish my monthly budget.

Thank you

Bethesda would be a stretch on $1500 for 2 beds. You can probably do it for a 1 bed/1 bath. If you're dedicated to 2 bedrooms, look at Rockville/Gaithersburg/Germantown.
