According to this:
The Steelers rule in Washington, Alleghany, and Garrett counties
The Redskins rule in Frederick, Montgomery, Prince George's, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's.
The Ravens rule everywhere else (including Howard and Anne Arundel).

Frederick and Howard is probably pretty close.

Huh. That's pretty interesting - all the counties in the DC metro area + St. Mary's county, but nowhere else, prefer the Redskins. I personally don't see many people my age liking the Redskins in MoCo and FredCo. (And having lived in FredCo in the recent past, I can say that the people there absolutely hate the Steelers. (Exceptions being for places west of the city, but that area isn't as densely populated as Frederick city, Urbana, etc.))
