Hello, office location will be in Germantown, we can look apartments around 5-10 miles from Germantown. The apartment will be a normal 1BHK kind of apartment with all basic amenities. We have one car. Please suggest

Welcome to Maryland
Why live in Gaithersburg? Germantown itself is usually less expensive. The closer anyone can live to work in the Montgomery County area - the less of a hassle the traffic will be (and traffic is a nightmare in this area)

Why live in Gaithersburg? Germantown itself is usually less expensive. The closer anyone can live to work in the Montgomery County area - the less of a hassle the traffic will be (and traffic is a nightmare in this area)
