Metro access from the Arts District section of Hyattsville is a little disconnected (about a mile and a half walk to West Hyattsville or Prince George's Plaza stations) or take the bus down to the Rhode Island Ave. station, but it's only a little over a half mile walk to the Riverdale MARC station (Camden Line). Depending upon where you're going (and when, since not every MARC train stops there), that can be a good commuting option.

And the Hyattsville area is fantastic. We've been here since 1998 and while it was already decent, it has gotten a lot nicer and more convenient.

I believe this development has a shuttle that runs to the Metro, but it's only running until the owners decide to do away with it. Would be a good selling point for people who aren't looking to drive to the Metro then take the train.
