I think that behind the scenes the redskins deal to Oxon hill farm is done. I read an article on ESPN where the Jacksonville Jaguars had a calendar showing what stadiums were coming in the next 5 years and the redskins were on that list.

Good luck to the Redskins getting a new stadium without a change in name.

Again, you will have a name change if a new stadium is built. Also, it won't add any value to anyone's property...just look at property values around the current stadium.

I think it will if it is integrated properly with parks and proper mixed use. The stadium will have a lot smaller of a footprint than fed ex and multiple non football uses. I wouldn't be surprised if this Spurs a bike line from Oxon hill to DC.

Disagree. Every single mls listing touts it, so the RE professionals seem to think so.
