Interesting how things turn out though. In 2012, National Harbor was only about 4 years off the ground.
Would be an excellent addition to NH, especially once all that MGM traffic starts to come through. The market is definitely there to support it. Loudoun is simply too far out for many people on this side of town.

I believe they wound up at their Ashburn development. Who know. they may still come to NH but the first location went to one of their developments in NOVA.

Looks like peterson is trying to create some sort of American statue memorial near and around granite city. Not sure if I like it yet. They have an interesting statue of Marilyn Monroe in place now.

Thanks for sharing....I hope they make it happen before the end of the year.

There should have been a bus line to/from Alexandria years ago.
