The famed singer and actress, now in her sixth decade of stardom, will grace the theater at the new casino resort in Prince George's County with a string of shows in March, MGM announced Tuesday. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10 a.m. Sunday.

Other acts announced on their website include.

Kings of Leon; and
Panic at the Disco.

Don't know either of them and have never been a fan of Cher but can appreciate the range of artist that they are bringing to their theater. Definitely firsts for the county.

New details on the convention space. It includes language speaking of product launches. Perhaps they can snag a tech company to launch their product there.
