Hello
I am in the process of trying to relocate to the DMV area this fall. Would anyone be able to recommend some top Employment Agencies, Recruiters/Headhunters? My background is in Financial Services. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

First... if you want to be taken seriously by locals NEVER use "dmv" again.
Not even when referring to the motor vehicle people (which is the MVA).

Absent specific trade/industry info... leaves the best of the generalists:

Why not apply directly to the firms that interest you?

Leonard Pfeiffer is the only executive recruiter I've had any personal experience with. He didn't recruit for/with me, but he did recruit my former boss and the CEO at my former employer. Both were phenomenal finds after an exhaustive search. This guy is one of the best in the business from all that I've heard.
