Just wondering why it is that every time I get behind one of the vehicles that have the "Choose Civility" sticker, they are the worst drivers? Almost every single one of them.

Maybe "choose civility" means to react in a civil fashion to their creative driving.

You've noticed that? I noticed something else entirely: Anyone with a 'Maryland', 'Virginia', or 'Washington DC' license plate tends to be TERRIBLE drivers!

I m glad that I m not the only that thinks this. You are right molukai, although there are a few of us that still abide by the rules...but few.
