I shop regularly at Whole Foods, Wegmans, and Moms. I have only been to Harris Teeter in NC.

Here is my list from most expensive to least expensive in my experience.

1. Yes! Organic
2. MOMs
3. Whole Foods
4. Wegmans

Of course there may be single items that have different prices between them all, but generally, this is what I have found when shopping at these stores.

I haven't done a price comparison against all of the places, but I do find that Wegmans is definitely reasonable for most of their products. They have year round specials on some of their products, which can't be beat by other stores. (i.e. chicken breast in bulk, bananas, etc.) I have noticed that a lot of their non-food items are actually competitive to stores like Walmart. I bought floss the other day for 69 cents!

I found that for organic produce, Wegmans and Whole Foods prices tend to be the same. But for other grocery items, Whole Foods is more expensive than Wegmans.

Serious level of detail! love it!

I love Coppola wine, mainly his cab. I have noticed at Harris Teeter its on sale at about $18-23, at Wegmans in VA, it was $13. Such a deal....good wine

Definitely depends on location. For instance, there are only two Walmarts in the area I frequent. There's a newer standard store in Landover which I hate! The definition of ghetto and ratchet. It's decent on the inside and looks good outside, but the whole dynamic of the place just screams "in the hood"! Then, there's the Supercenter in Laurel. There is absolutely NO competition. My family always travels the 30 minutes to go to the Supercenter because it's miles and away better than the Landover option, only 10-15 minutes away. These are some photos of the Laurel Supercenter.
