While I spent most of my youth at Montgomery, there were a lot of memories at WF.

Saw a mugging there back in the early 80's. I was probably 10 or so. As we were leaving, I saw two guys trying to pull a purse from a woman. Pretty scared for the rest of the day.

Was a huge fan of "The Eatery" back in the day. essentially the food court - but none of it were chain places (as far as I knew as a pre-teen kid at least).

During the HS/College days, Jerry's was the staple dinner food before movies.

Is Lakeforest the next to go? I remember the ice skating rink there way back when. I actually saw someone wearing the green rink guard jacket from there a few years back. That took me by surprise.

Drove into the parking lot yesterday afternoon. I'd say there were maybe 100 cars in what looks like about a 600 space lot. I wonder how many cars belonged to Lord & Taylor employees? Lawsuit goes to the jury today, I believe.

Yes, the Eatery! I went there often, back then, it was a new concept....loved the california chicken salad.........

Jerry's just got sold, and the new owners are revamping the business....
