What is up with the uneven moderation on this website lately? I can't tell you the number of times that someone has been accused of being a 'hater' or racist, whether true or untrue, is clearly an attempt to derail/hijack a thread almost every single time, yet if someone takes the opportunity to break down someone's logic and question their reasoning, it is assumed that you are insinuating something about someone's character, even though you are only addressing something they themselves said.

If these threads were moderated the way they were supposed to be, these threads would be a lot more useful for people to find information. It also appears that there are bias moderators too. Seems like an oxymoron to have moderators that display strong views about particular topics. How can they ever be objective?

Does anyone else agree that this section is starting to get out of hand?

Yes, and I wish the moderators would do more to control people who hijack threads. All this bickering about racism turns off people who were asking for genuine help.

Wait. Something has been moderated here? Recently? For real, though? Where, pray tell?

I was suspended a couple or three months ago for telling a poster who is now "not a member" that he should have been a specific sex act instead of being conceived.

Every once in a while a moderator shows up. They are so inconsistent. To be honest this thread probably should be deleted but it won't be for a while.

While we are on the topic, is anybody else tired of a certain poster who name starts with a $, who accuses everyone of being from Virginia (I was accused before moving). He has been reported repeatedly and makes it a point to regularly attempt to derail threads but yet his posts are almost never deleted. Hmm...

A certain character creates a topic called "Maryland Personalities" the same person making threads about biased favoritism towards PG County, the same person constantly criticizing development projects in PG such as National Harbor, the same guy that constantly make repeated comments disrespecting tax paying PG County citizens with criticizing the school system and using it as a tool in hopes to get people to derail support for new development projects in PG County the same person that claims to be from Maryland but was questioned upon the validation of being from Maryland eventually adding the location of a city thats in Virginia in which makes one wonder if he chooses to live in Virginia then why does he have soo much to say or criticize about the affairs of PG County which has nothing to do with Virginia in which should be more concern about his back yard instead of starting topics criticizing the quality of life in PG County and constantly making negative comments about the school systems. Now he's mad that he is being called on for his negative attitude towards a County/State that he does not pay taxes or reside in and now he wants to intimidate people that stands up to his terrible attitude towards PG County/Maryland. Its one thing to express criticism but its another to constantly perform criticism with out showing any form of solutions to what is being criticism and that right there defines the word Haterism in which it will not be tolerated and instigates lack of respect.......

Pgtvatitans = Prince George's County Taxpayer

Doesn't matter where I currently live, I still own property in PG and I still have immediate family in PG.

There are people that post in this section who do not and have not ever lived in Prince George's County. I still post in this section because not only am I still invested in a community but if you have lived in one place for 95+% of your life, do you simply stop caring?

Do you think Obama stops caring about Chicago just because he doesn't live there? Why do people have to live in a place to speak about it? Isn't this the internet? Who said I can't? Who said I don't do the same for my current community?

It amazes me how much people think they know about you just because you post a few words on the internet. Just based on what I type here, I'm allegedly not black, have never lived in Maryland , hate black women (even though I married one and have black girls who will grow into beautiful black women), etc.

What happened to the good old fashioned, I disagree with you Mr.pgtvatitans and here is why? Why are people so focused on things that are irrelevant to what I post on here? I graduated, volunteered and had family who worked in PG County Schools yet the opinion of a PG County resident with no kids in the school system who just recently moved to the area has a more valued opinion because the person lives there? Really?

And you have the nerve to talk about what someone says and the only thing you do is act like a petulant 5 year old and whine about people from VA ruining MD. Here's a newsflash, as long as you are there their job is easier. End of conversation.

You feel better kid...

Wipe the tears off ya face.....

Because whether you like it or not, PG County has built the NH and it will continue to expand despite your dislike of that part of PG County getting new development and and now a Casino.....

Oh it's all good. It's $$$$ in my pocket. For the record, I never dissed National Harbor, I dislike certain aspects of it, but I know that it's going to raise property values, which is why I invested in that area. But according to you, I'm making that Virginia money. That's one of the reasons why I personally met the developers of the outlet mall and learned more about it, but according to you, I'm just a hater.
