o its nice 2 kno pg is trying to just make a place even "livable" lol. they put a huge nfl stadium there and theres still constant murders. if a brand new nfl stadium doesnt turn things around, a few stores or homes isnt going to do it lol

I concur. I just used the handy dandy PG County crime locator tool mentioned above and, while there definitely has been crime in College Park/Riverdale proper, nothing showed up on my street or the grid of streets immediately surrounding my house. I live in a nice residential neighborhood, so it appears that poverty-crime is largely happening in poverty-crime stricken areas. Do plenty of research and VISIT your potential homestead before signing the lease!
