It was good to me...I went a day or two after they opened...food was good, service was good, drink could have been better...good prices too, I think I had dinner for 2 for about $50 including a drink and an appetizer which isn't common for me since moving to the DMV

"MPG represents one of the best opportunities in our portfolio, located just outside of Washington, D.C., in a densely populated market that continues to improve," PREIT CEO Joe Coradino said in a release. "With sales up 9 percent year over year and imminently approaching $500 per square foot as we introduce exciting new brands, we will continue to capitalize on value-enhancing opportunities as NOI, traffic and sales continue to improve."

This doesn't even include the billions in investment going on in the vicinity of the mall. I doubt very seriously that the mall owners would dump another $30 million into the mall if it weren't one of the best performing in its portfolio. Especially when they are selling off properties that aren't booming. But, you know best.

Please provide proof other than a standard stock sales pamphlet.

That's not a stock sales pamphlet. That's from the CEO's mouth. Unless he's not qualified to speak on the mall his company owns? It's the SAME quote from their own website.

Yet another iteration of the Landy property (recently deforested lot) behind Northwest High School. Developers are now considering Townhomes. WHich I think is a better choice than their last project which would have been 1000 apartments. Apparently, they saw all the apartments coming online in the next few years and decided to go a different route.

Quote:
The specific proposal, which will not be solidified until the developer submits a Detailed Site Plan, calls for 200 16-foot-wide, alley-loaded units, 88 20-foot-wide, alley-loaded units and 55 22-foot-wide, front-loaded units. Each home would include at least a one-car garage. There is also a proposed 150 total on-street parking spaces.
More townhomes could be on the way to Hyattsville - Prince George's Sentinel

HYATTSVILLE – Prince George’s Plaza in Hyattsville could be sporting a new name as soon as next spring, thanks to a months-long effort between the city and county governments.

Visitors to Hyattsville’s main shopping corridor could find themselves in a newly rebranded “Hyattsville Crossing” as soon as March, said Hyattsville Assistant City Administrator Jim Chandler.
New name coming to Hyattsville
