It seems to be a Florida chain. There are tons in Florida. There's one in Rockville and Sterling. I've never been.
Looking at the beer menu, it looks like mostly macro brews and their craft labels. It's never a good sign when the "craft beer" section leads with Blue Moon and Shocktop...

Let's hope that menu is a default chain menu. It does say that prices and menu items vary by location.

Here is a website that keeps track of beers at local restaurants. Not sure how accurate this may be. But 32 beers on tap is not too bad. Not many local beers though.

Waiting for Denizens to open up in Riverdale.

Got word that JC Penny is closing its doors at the mall. But I can't verify. THere's news that they are closing stores, but no one has a list. Not even PREIT, the mall owners, have verified the news.

So now that space can become an Apple store or a Wawa's.

Maybe not:

PREIT is proud to highlight our strengthened anchor profile and confirm our prior commentary that we don’t anticipate any JCPenney closures as a result of their recent announcement of 2019 store closings. With no unleased department stores in our core portfolio and among the lowest exposure to Sears in the sector, we are uniquely positioned to execute on our strategy and capitalize on the opportunity to further diversify our earnings through the addition of multifamily and hotel units across our portfolio

That JCPenny's is awful. It needs a complete update. I predict it will eventually close.

I like JCPenney (can't beat frequent $10 off $10 coupons especially for young kids clothes), but this one is pretty bad, much like the Macy's is bad in PG Plaza...it would have been nice to close this one down, I'm sure they could develop the backside of PG Plaza behind Five Below and TJMaxx into some nice options if JCP left their end cap.

It's happening. More investors looking at the PG Plaza district. Wondering when the apartments just behind the mall will close. I imagine the 3rd phase of the Belcrest redevelopment plan will kick in in a few years.

The Donaldson Group great. So before they redevelop and make a killing off the property they can be slum lords.
