I wouldn't recommend Bryan's Road necessarily...is there a particular reason you are looking in that area? Are you from out of state? Here are the crime reports from the sheriff's office for Bryan's Rd. in August 2008.

Stay away from that area. It seems those who own homes in that part of trying to sell their homes fast so they can get out of the area. Waldorf is going down hill very very fast. If you are thinking about buying in Waldorf do not because in the next 3-5 yrs the entire Waldorf will become very high crime.

We were considering Accokeek and we saw quite a few new homes in that area that looked nice and wasnt too far from the PG County Accokeek. But I think we will stay with The Preserve in Accokeek as I really love that community.
