What would be your 10 point plan to bring business back to Maryland and to create a business friendly environment. Would the majority party go for it? Could Maryland afford it? where do you realign investments and budgets? okay, Go!

I would pledge to bring property taxes in line with VA's for homes under $1M. I would study the nation's most thorough homestead laws and try to do them one better.

My plan to reform schools is simple: if they don't want to be there, we won't make them. This will instantly improve the environment and performance for those that do.

I will try to build a state sovereign fund: basically a place to park excess funds, and use the interest to fund scholarships to promising students.

Businesses will come to my office with a business plan what they can get in VA, and I will attempt to beat it on a case by case basis, and the formula includes how many jobs they intend to bring. This will be done with 100 percent transparency.

If I can accomplish half that I would be the most successful md mayor in history.
