Not a dog hater, per se, I just don't understand why people own dogs and I choose not to own one. A lot of owners lock up the dog all day, then come home from work and let it out. How is that a nice life for a pooch?

"It entirely depends on what the specific condominium bylaws say. Read them and speak to the managing company." There's not going to be a general answer. It's going to vary from building to building.
