Apparently, Café Azul is supposed to open in about a month. I haven't seen any movement, but it would be nice to have one fewer open spot
Riverdale Park Station Blog: Cafe Azul opening date and RPS retail update
Additionally Hospitality HQ is planning to open in about 6 months with 9! food vendors.

Four years after the Whole Foods opened, the food line-up at RPS is quite solid. But the non-food options are rather disappointing. I guess this analysis from 5 years ago ended up spot on

Particularly so, in light of, 1: new delay in opening WF, and 2: failure to announce any new tenants, especially after Annapolis approved six new restaurant liquor licenses specifically for the development in April.

I've noted already, that when the legislature did similar for the new Laurel Town Center in 2014, they were out the door with new restaurant announcements in short order.

Here's the full post from last year, looking specifically at the RPS business opportunity from the perspective of a small in line business such as a dry cleaner, coffee shop, spa, liquor store, etc. also at the link below, with the post I was replying to.

By the way, does anyone know how the Pilot house apartments are doing? Given how far away the Phase 2 apartments may be, if they ever happen, Pilot may be key for RPS to reach its full potential. I think the design, art, and amenities of RPS are top notch, so it would be a pity if it languished.

By the way, I just checked the current leasing status and there's a European Wax Center coming up and one more spot is under negotiation

Not super exciting, but good that RPS is filling up. Well, if they find the right state that is

4H and 4I is supposed to be a food hall. I'm looking forward to trying that out.

It's been turned into a two level quasi Dave and Busters like play place for all ages, last time I was in the area.
