Towards the bottom of the page. Also, I was watching the report on NBC 4, and they did say funding would be made available for the Watkins Mill interchange specifically.

That is what I heard reported from Chris Lawrence on NBC 4. I have been searching for other sources to specify the funds will be for the I-270 interchange at Watkins Mill.

Based on what others have heard, construction is on pace to begin in July 2017. However, Peter Henry is refuse to talk about the future towncenter. Rumors are circulating that he doesn't intend to build a towncenter, just more residential properties.
