I was going to walk down there later this afternoon to see if I could snag one.

Glad to see I was not the only one confused.

Remember a number of years ago when the Courthouse renovation in Upper Marlboro caught fire a couple weeks before completion. I seem to remember it was a welder that caused it. I may be wrong about that.

Since there was no one living in the building yet and it had not been issued a right to Occupancy notice yet most likely the sprinklers were not operational.

This house went for more than 30k over asking. I am sure the WF opening contributed to this bidding war: https://www.redfin.com/MD/College-Pa...9udW1iZXI9MA==

I think College Park now has just about every Asian cuisine available. Can't wait for the two steakhouses to open up. Then I think College Park would have a full compliment of food options. Anything else would just be icing on the cake.

Seoul Spice is the type of restaurant I want to see more and more of in College Park, Hyattsville, and Riverdale Park. It's trendy, opened to long lines and big fan fair in DC (NoMa). It's basically Chipolte style Sushi rolls. Decent, but not great food imo, but my opinion doesn't matter, people love it. Similar to Halal Guys which also is a place that not only has lines when it opens, but maintains long lines long after due to popularity. Good gets for the area...it's becoming a place where the hot spots want to be

Are we talking about the same restaurant? Don't you mean a Chipotle-style Kangnam BBQ?

SEOULSPICE | Korean comfort food

Sure....Roll up your Kangnam BBQ inside of rice and seaweed and that's Seoul Spice.
