With all the latest info VA is pretty much out of the running .It will be in Maryland now the question is where?

Fat lady, etc. I wouldn't count these chickens. (Keep in mind that although I'm in PG, this doesn't help me any because I'm in Fort Washington: too far for it to matter.)

Why not?Be it landover or Greenbelt it's a short bus ride for you.

Short Bus ride, Long ride on the short bus, whatever. I hope Maryland gets it but nothing surprises these old eyes, and it doesn't help me. I wish to hell the FBI could have come here to Fort Washington.

Without any form of mass transit? The way people in Ft. Washington get upset over every development in terms of traffic, I can't imagine them feeling giddy about 11,000 employees in cars and buses filtering through their increasingly clogged roadways.

I think they would have settled here. It would have changed the community more than any billion dollar casino ever could.

You guys weren't in the running .You wanted the casino and got it and you still want a Football stadium(not happening).Hell you can't handle the traffic on Indian Head Hwy now???
