I'm focusing mainly on outer beltway suburbs. I think it's a given that inner beltway suburbs are gentrifying and becoming more diverse (with both Hispanic and non-Hispanic whites) as we speak.

From this list Greenbelt but from PG County overall, I say Mount Rainier since it is so close to DC and has a artsy kind of vibe. I think their was an article recently in the Washington Post talking about the changing demographics and how a relative newcomer who is white was challenging the current mayor.

Bowie, obviously. Bowie, to me, is more culturally aligned with Annapolis than PG County when it comes to white folks. This is why many white people aren't against living in Bowie. But the DC area is extremely segregated between blacks and whites. No self respecting DC area white person would live in PG County outside of Bowie or maybe Laurel. White people in the DC area stereotype the entirety of PG county as a slum. The DC area is nothing like the Baltimore area in the fact that there is no real white working class in the entire DC area. White people in the DC area can afford to live where they want and they choose to live nowhere near black people unlike South Baltimore and some of the surrounding integrated white/black areas of Baltimore County and Columbia which was created on post-Civil Rights era principles of integration. The types of whites who live in Laurel are atypical of the DC area in the fact that they are mostly blue collar skilled tradesmen unlike the bougie sarcastic elitist non-essential government employees, contractors and lawyers that make up the DC area's white population. I'd wouldn't be a stretch to conclude that African immigrants and their children may actually outnumber American blacks in Montgomery County. You can't blame black people for not wanting to live in Montgomery County or Northern Virginia because the DC area culture of what they call "professionalism" is really an oppressive culture of white is right. To be taken seriously on the west side of the beltway regardless of race, one must aspire to talk, walk, think and dress like a Connecticut wasp.

This understandably doesn't sit well with most black people in the DC area. But on the opposite side of the spectrum, most DC area white people don't feel comfortable living in a majority-black county.

Interesting, I always thought Baltimore as a city was more segregated than D.C. I suppose South Baltimore is pretty diverse. But North and West Baltimore certainly aren't. I do agree that many of the whites from Bowie seem to identify more with Annapolis and the rest of Maryland more than they do with the DMV. Most of them are O's fans, some are Ravens fans. I know at what point some people wanted Bowie to join AAC.

I think you're half right:
1) Yes, they DO stereotype PG, and, for the most part wrongly. The stigma is unfair, as a lot of PG is great in relation to the metro as a whole.
2) "White people in DC can afford to live where they want..." A lot of them can, most of them actually can't. I think most would love to live elsewhere, but force themselves to live in small townhouses from Arlington to Lorton etc. etc. because they don't want their kids going to a majority black school with mostly black teachers and black administrators.
3) "The DC area culture of what they call "professionalism" is really an oppressive culture of white is right." 'White is right' is not what I call 'professionalism.' You mean like be on time or...? Unclear.
4) "To be taken seriously on the west side of the beltway regardless of race, one must aspire to talk, walk, think and dress like a Connecticut wasp." For the ultimate, I think you'd want to be more like a New York educated Jewish person.

I don't see the correct answer.None.

Fort Washington and I'm going to include National Harbor although it's technically Oxon Hill. These other places already have a decent amount of whites living there except for Clinton. Fort Washington is among the least by percentage. If one of these places were poised to see it's percentage go up dramatically it would be Fort Washington/National Harbor first.

Not completely true.

I've seen a few white families already moving into those new SFH by the Woodmore Town Center development.
