I believe it's a Nordstrom RACK coming there, correct? I think a DSW is on its way, too.

Well in that case . That's good they need to leave that Movie theater right where it is. They don't need that young crowd messing it up

I think the Magic Johnson Theatre will stay. It's hard to say since PG Hospital will be going there.

Yeah because only young rowdy people go to see movies If anything the movie theater will move to Richie Station but for now I think it'll stay where it is.

Never had a problem at Magic to be honest. Haven't gone in a few years since I moved though.

It would be nice to have a decent movie theatre here like the one in Brandywine. I am tired of driving all the way down there for a movie. We need sit down restaurants and a movie theatre between Woodmore and Ritchie Station.

Won't happen more than likely. Movie theaters are taking a hit. Online streaming services and torrents are cutting into their business. I go to the movies every once and a while and 100% of the time the theaters are mostly empty.

Theater owners are now thinking twice before building multiplexes. I do think luxury movies theaters may have a better chance though. They offer unique services you can't find at regular theaters. ALso, IMAX may bring in more customers.
