I heard MoCo is not a great place to live because of reasons. What do you all think?

You reasons are not valid. My reasons are because I am saying them. I will now complete my comment with ad hominem just to prove my superiority.

At the end of the day, it is never a good public policy to market to those who make very little money on average and suck more taxpayer resources than the average person. And that's exactly what MoCo has done.
That's the way to capture the American spirit on this 4th of July holiday! Don't give us your poor, your tired, or your huddled masses, just those who make over $100,000 a year. Others need not apply. Thank you.

Where have you been? Preferential treatment for the wealthy - to include immigrants - has always been in vogue in the United States. We literally give visas to foreigners for no reason other than the fact that they are willing to invest vast sums of money in the United States (i.e. EB-5 investor visa).

Im surprised MoCo or the state of MD doesn't have a property tax like Va, that way the rich who buy expensive
cars can pay their fair share of Tax compared to the middle and lower class.

I share a similar sentiment. Money that can be used towards infrastructure.

But some people don't like taxes. Taxes are bad and are a stain on our society. It's socialism. Roads will self-heal.
