You would think that. But the oxon hill fort washington line is on Kirby rd. Oxon hill goes for quite a ways down past tanger outlets.

Oxon Hill...well, the Tanger Outlets are nice if you go there right when they open and avoid the rush. Doesn't touch Arundel Mills, so that's a positive.

The outlets on weekends are packed. And on black fridays, forget it. Police closures and everything.
