the only area with no Metro line is Southern Maryland. Typical for DC metro area.

Last week state formally took control of about 230 contracts, but is willing to relinquish control subject to agreement.

Given the experience gained with the original contract, the 2nd half of this timetable seems slow to me. Would've hoped they could restart sooner.
