Looks like 2020 has been a year of distractions. Started to look for some new development projects in the area and found this little nugget.

Quote:
Kaiser Permanente has proposed a three-story medical office building totaling 44,362 square feet with an attached three-story garage. The medical office building proposed will include administrative offices, medical offices, a pharmacy, a coffee shop open to the public, and a small medical laboratory (containing less than 2,000 square feet).

Could be worse. Better than nothing. I'd rather complain about architecture than complain about no development at all. lol

Doing a brief search on Kaiser Permanente building and you get some pretty interesting architectures.

New location coming to Aspen Hill, as well. Which is good news compared to the car dealership that was slated to take over the site.

That's the old Vitro Building which has been vacant since 2010. Kaiser needs a better site than the one in Kensington.
