I live in the town center now and love it! It's walking distance to lots of food places, movie theatre, a few shops and a grocery store is coming. It's also right across the street from the Rockville metro, which is really, really handy.

Actually, i found this forum just a few minutes ago when searching google for apartment websites. I've just been informed that my rent is raising so i'm trying to look for other apts that are more reasonably priced that what we *would* be paying if we stay where we are.

Depending on the areas of rockville, i'd say a 1200-1400 estimate of a 1br is pretty accurate, from what i've seen so far. And yes, as you get closer into North Bethesda/Bethesda, they do get a few hundred dollars more expensive. Anyway, if you guys know any websites where local owners post their rooms for rental, please let me know.

What is wrong with Cider Mill? I thought they were fairly new and well kept?
