My husband and I will be moving to DC and I have a few questions. I will be going to school in Bethesda and he will be working in DC (Bolling AFB). Neither of us is familiar with the area and we are currently trying to figure out where to live (mainly for commute issues). I think we've come to the conclusion that we'd prefer to be closer to my side of things and he'll travel further.

I would appreciate any input on ideal locations to live to make the best compromise for both of us.

Thanks!

Where will you be working in Bethesda? Will you be able to use metro? There are lots of options and lots of things to consider. What will you be able to afford, what kinds of activities do you enjoy when not at work etc. PM me if you would like and we can "talk".
