. Judge threw that out though, I think he realized there weren't many elementary schoolers crossing 97 at that time of day.

Fight these tickets by ignoring them. In Arizona these have to be "served" before they hold any legal weight just sending it in the mail is not sufficient. It's likely the laws are similar in MD do some research before you pay the "driving tax"
