if anyone out there can help me - i need to know who was the builder of a certain type of townhome located at 619-thru say 647 lochern terrace in fountain glen, bel air md. there are only a certain number of these model townhomes, and i wanted to know if anyone knew who built them and if so, did they build anymore in the area. i've been told by the board of planning and zoning that it was a company called jenco homes inc., but the phone # they have for them is defunct as it was before we satred using area codes. please help!! my email is godsnbg@aol.com if anyone can tell me ANYTHING!!! thanks!

Have you tried a google search? Turns up lots of listings for Jenco Homes. Like: http://www.jencohomes.com/ (broken link) Even if it was years ago, the company still exists and they might have information for you.

My guess is they went bankrupt and opened under another name.
