Well Texas they did try the no sodomy law. Two guys were arrested in a private home I believe. I think a neighbor heard them going at it and called the cops but don't quote me. Of course the supreme court has now deemed this unconstitutional.

In Cobb county I'm sure. I'm sure my own Muscogee isn't far behind though so don't have room to talk.

that's wild. I wonder if there was any case in the south where a man and a woman ever got convicted... I know I'm veering off topic.

I could have sworn I've seen sodomy charges brought against a teacher bedding a 16 year old student in the paper years ago. But I think aggravated sodomy is a different story.
