Commute estimates from just north of cabin to downtown (live in, commute to)

Hey folks - appreciate real-time experience.
Currently live in DC but considering move.

What are the approximate commute times from Macarthur just North of the
the 495 overpass to 1) capital hill and also to 2) washington hospital center?

I truly appreciate your input! Of course we also plan to do the commute
ourselves before taking any further steps.

Also, if you have routes of commute to DC other than clara barton/macarthur that would be appreciated.

From there the GW Parkway is one alternative. Also Clara Barton to Canal rd. At 6:30 am the traffic moves okay. I have no idea, but I assume there's much more traffic on either route after 7 am. so it depends on what time you leave.
