There is an all night diner in Silver Spring right (second left) off of Georgia when you pass Red Lobster.
This is the one and only place to get food in Downtown Silver Spring after midnight. (aside from McDonalds and 7-11)
El Aguila, on 16th street north of East-West HWY is the only other place open past 10. Unless you hit Quarry House when they are in the right mood to make you food.
Where specifically do you live? And what constitutes late-night to you?
And is this sober or drunk late-night food?
I'm trying to figure out why Shake Shack in Dupont isn't open after midnight. You know how much business that place will get if it stayed open until like...3 AM or something?

That used to be a Fuddrucker's. It was packed at 3AM. I think they were open till 5.

18th Street Lounge, Public, Midtown all right there. All packed during the weekends, and instead of walking 2 blocks to McDonalds, they could cross the street or walk down the corner for a burger. Maybe the manager might open up until late later on, but they're missing out on a ton of business by not opening late on weekends.
