Best route from Capitol Hill to Georgetown Hospital? (house, live in)

I live in capitol hill a few blocks east of union station. I have a car but I am open to using public transportation if that works better. What is the best way to get from my house to Georgetown Hospital, if I want to arrive at the hospital around 8:30 on a weekday? If I drive, how would Constitution and Virginia Ave. be? Would K St. be any better?
