What ethnic cultural backgrounds are in the D.C and Baltimore area? Ethnic groups that makeup Baltimore and D.C? Are their Hispanics,Italians, french,Irish, Germans, polish,Jewish,Russian, spaniards,Asians, nat ive Americans, etc? Also Bi-racial people for example white mixed with black and White mixed with native American ancestry?
Baltimore and DC are two completely different cities.
Baltimore has white ethnic enclaves: Irish, Polish, Italian, Greek primarily. Where as DC does not have white ethnic neighborhoods but rather just white people with multi-ethnic backgrounds.
Baltimore has a growing African-American population. DC has a shrinking African-American population.
Baltimore has less diversity among races since DC has a greater number of Latino-American and Asian-American residents. Most Latinos migrated from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. Most Asian-Americans in the DC area represent Korean, Vietnamese and Indian ethnic groups.
DC is also home to a large immigrant Ethiopian population.

Probably better to ask Baltimore on the Baltimore forum, as they both attract such different immigrants.
But, for DC, it seems to attract everyone. But some of the larger groups would probably be Korean, Ethiopian, Vietnamese, Salvadorean in larger numbers...but a little bit of everyone. Seems like many Africans from various parts of Africa make a life in DC as well.
I can't think of any particular group for Baltimore. Maybe Koreans to a certain extent, but doubful if in sizeable numbers.
DC proper is mainly black (African-American, Ethiopian, and West African - in that order), and American-born WASP whites of Anglo-Saxon/Irish/Scotch-Irish extraction. The suburbs, as mentioned earlier, are a bit more diverse, with significant Salvadoran, Peruvian, Indian, Korean, Vietnamese, Nigerian, etc., populations.
