Those details are way out. You won't see prices on a development till it's well under construction.

I only ask because as I remember it, Walter Reed is just a couple of blocks away from the Silver Spring, MD/DC line, so pricing for these homes will be interesting. It's not near a metro, so I wonder if they will price it accordingly.
