I went to the community meeting for the Lock 7 development (the 49-Unit Residential Project Planned For Trinidad posted above) and it looks promising. Only 8 parking spots for the 49 units, so the developers might have to consider barring residents from RPP in order to address neighbor concerns, but other than that the design seems great. They have already had interest from a bakery for the first floor retail spot, but I am personally hoping for a coffee shop. They also suggested they might have gallery nights. Could be a nice boon to that part of FL Ave.
