So you know about HOV 2 and HOV 3, right?

So, why not offer that on the train? But little different. Like, you get better accommodation for being a longer member, or by the amount of you use the Metro and get discount based on it. Or you can purchase something like, the Toll Express ticket, that can get you in a better train. And maybe that train cart serves coffee and breakfast.

I will pay money to get on that cart. It's more economic development and jobs for everyone. Plus, it makes people happy before they get to work.

Why not? This is something that can be expanded to every state with a metro/subway structure.

That's more money for the state, and people who can afford it or experienced horror of the 70's to 90's metro can finally be rewarded.

If we have about million choices on everything, why not this, that's SO important to basically every resident in DC, NYC, or any other city that charges $4,000 for a 600 sq ft apartment with $350 on additional fee for parking?

I agree. This is a subway system. It's not a commuter rail where you spend and hour at a time riding it. Who would want to wait for this "luxury" train to come while the normal ones a passing by in the station.

This idea will not work in any city. Why not just pay more and hire a luxury cab service to bring you where you want.

The metro and subway are mass transit, made for the masses to cheaply bring patrons to where they need to go.
