I was going to suggest that you consider moving to Detroit, but I'd rather see SEX SPA at the Stanton, too. They know what to do with that ping pong ball.

BTW, gentrification didn't drive the p*rn theaters out of DC, social media did that. I think cities need sex and sleaze.

I recall seeing some interesting aerial shots of G-Town before the Washington Harbor arrived on the Old Time DC page on Facebook and some interesting comments from people as well, both black and white, etc. Even saw that G-Town used to be on the gritty side too.

I also wonder what Dupont Circle looked like back then, especially being really close to Logan Circle as well.
