I recall seeing some interesting aerial shots of G-Town before the Washington Harbor arrived on the Old Time DC page on Facebook and some interesting comments from people as well, both black and white, etc. Even saw that G-Town used to be on the gritty side too.
I also wonder what Dupont Circle looked like back then, especially being really close to Logan Circle as well.
I appreciate Washington Bullet's posts. While I don't possess the local history/knowledge that he has, I can certainly appreciate his zest for preserving and collecting memories of the past through his posts. Keep up the good work.
