St. Elizabeths, right? A few people told me this place is abandoned and quite spooky. I mean, maybe that is just because this is one of the worst parts of DC (when people talk about MLK Blvd around Anacostia I actually think this is what they should be talking about instead) or is it actually, like, creepy? What is the history behind the place? I am just looking for more obscure, random places around the city these days. First time I went around this area seemed..different...No words to explain.

Never mind, I found a tour that you can go on. It is St. Elizabeths btw. I generally do not like tours but this one is free and seems to be the only way to see the Hospital so I will check it out with the gf.

Isn't this a still functioning hospital? And I thought they were doing a big renovation and revitalization of the area?
